Develop, maintain and implement your maintenance plan at cost price
Engage with the body corporate in planning future projects
Adjust plan to be presented at the annual general meetings
Inspections
Formal inspections are carried out by a CPI, Certified Professional inspector
Certified through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) which is the world’s leading association for home inspectors
Maintenance Work
All work carried out from the maintenance plan will be backed by the relevant and qualified tradesman or professional at cost price
Building and renovation – NHBRC registered contractor
Electrical – Qualified Electrician
Plumbing – Qualified Plumber
Management
Management of the program is entrusted to an experienced and competent individual with one or all of the following:
Project management background
Construction management background
15 years’ experience in the construction industry
InterNACHI certified inspector
On Site Employee/s
Specifically trained and vetted by us in various disciplines to identify, respond and assist residents with their requests and complaints
Performs continues- and preventative maintenance
Available to residents at no charge
